VICTORY TWP. — West Shore Community College students observed Arts Advocacy Day Tuesday by creating art collaboratively on a stretched canvas. LUDINGTON — The Ludington Area Center for the Arts will hold a series of after school arts and crafts workshops for kids beginning Wednesday, April 8 through June 3.
