LUDINGTON — West Shore Bank’s 2015 Rhythm and Dunes series will include tribute to The Beatles and The Eagles.
The Long Run — Experience the Eagles will perform on Saturday, July 25 and Britain’s Finest, The Complete Beatles Experience, will perform on Saturday, Aug. 1 at Waterfront Park in Ludington. Both shows are free at will begin at 7 p.m.
Since their debut in 1999, The Long Run – Experience The Eagles has earned its place among the top-drawing tribute acts in North America and is widely regarded as the finest Eagles tribute show working today. The band is known for its lush vocal harmonies and exceptional musical accuracy. Each performance by The Long Run delivers a reverence for the beloved Eagles studio recordings coupled with their signature live concert energy. The Los Angeles musicians play an enormous catalog of Eagles classics, reminding us all why the Eagles are an unforgettable part of rock history.
Britain’s Finest, The Complete Beatles Experience, is one of the most authentic Beatles tribute bands to emerge in the past 20 years. Based out of Los Angeles, the group has gained national and international attention with its hauntingly accurate recreation of all iconic eras in The Beatles history. With note-for-note renditions of The Beatles’ classics and amazing stage performances, including extensive costumes, this tribute to the Beatles has won over concert-goers world-wide.
Last year about 8,000 to 10,000 people attended the Rhythm and Dunes concerts, which also raised over $5,500 for local school music programs.
