Castonia Ludington’s new mayor pro-tem

LUDINGTON — The Ludington City Council appointed Councilor Gary Castonia as its 2013 mayor pro-tem Monday night during its first meeting of the year.  Castonia was nominated by Councilor Nick Tykoski.
