Muskegon man charged with criminal sexual conduct

LUDINGTON — An 18-year-old Muskegon resident has been arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for criminal sexual conduct. Joseph Cantu was arraigned Monday on the charges of CSC fourth degree. The alleged incident, which involved a juvenile female, took place on Sunday, Aug. 4, around 5:45 a.m. Cantu has posted a $7,500 cash bond. He is scheduled for a preliminary…
