Rita Ann Johnson, age 72, of Ludington, passed away unexpectedly at home November 25, 2014. Jeffrey Paul Cochran, 41, of Amber Township was arrested by police as he left his mother’s burial service near Hudsonville, M-Live.com reported. LUDINGTON — A four-time habitual offender violated his probation on a second-degree child abuse conviction and ended up with a 3-15 year prison sentence.
