New county clerk appointed.

LUDINGTON — The county’s new clerk will be stepping across the hallway of the courthouse to a new office. Deputy Treasurer Cheryl Kelly was appointed by 51st Circuit Court Judge Susan Sniegowski to replace current clerk Jim Riffle.
