LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Martin

-Odell Eugene Martin, 45; two counts of failure to pay child support; date of offense: Jan. 1, 2023; arraigned July 11; preliminary hearing: July 30; bail: $10,000 cash.

Frisbie

-Richard Lee Frisbie, 24; third-offense domestic violence and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder; arrested July 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 11; preliminary hearing: July 30; bail: $5,000 cash.

Hammond

-Randy Wayne Hammond, 48; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy, possession of a controlled substance — narcotic/cocaine, and possession of a controlled substance — analogues; arrested July 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 13; preliminary hearing: July 30; bail: $10,000 cash.

Bentley

-Glen Arthur Bentley, II, 46; assault with a dangerous weapon, felony firearms, and domestic violence; arrested July 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 15; preliminary hearing: July 30; bail: $25,000 cash.

Gonzalez

-Arlan Blackwolf Gonzalez, 36; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested July 14 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 15; preliminary hearing: July 30; bail: $10,000 cash.

Henderson

-Michael Jeffery Henderson, 37; domestic violence and interfering with an electronic communications device; arrested July 14 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 15; preliminary hearing: July 30; bail: $250/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Brandon Levi Quinn, 34; second-offense domestic violence; arrested July 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 14; pretrial: Aug. 4; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Eric Charles Golembiewski, 43; failure to maintain car insurance, driving while license suspended, and unlawful license plates; charged June 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 11; pretrial: Aug. 4; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
