LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced Tuesday, June 24, in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Terryn
– Michael Lee Terryn, 52, pleaded no contest April 29 to a felony of third-degree fleeing and eluding police and misdemeanors of driving while license suspended and open intoxicants and was sentenced June 24 to two to 40 years in prison with credit for 353 days served in jail and $298 in fines and costs for the felony conviction. Terryn received concurrent terms of 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served and 90 days in jail with credit for 90 days served for the misdemeanor counts.
Rusch
– David Robert Rusch, 35, pleaded guilty April 22 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced June 24 to 43 days in jail with credit for 43 days served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
Christoffersen
– Casey Eileen Christoffersen, 39, pleaded guilty April 22 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced June 24 to nine months in jail with credit for 211 days served; three years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Herlein
– Matthew James Herlein, 42, pleaded guilty April 22 to delivery of marijuana and delivery of marijuana to a minor and was sentenced June 24 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $666 in fines and costs.
McLain
– Shawn Allen McLain, 46, pleaded guilty April 29 to possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime and was sentenced June 24 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; five years probation; and $726 in fines and costs.
Alcantar
– Richard Villa Alcantar, 48, pleaded guilty March 25 to two counts of failure to pay child support and was sentenced June 24 to 76 days in jail with credit for 76 days served; three years probation; and $4,649 in fines, costs and restitution.
