LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Buck

-Garrett Scott Buck, 33; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and possession of a controlled substance — narcotic/cocaine; arrested May 31 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 2; preliminary hearing: June 18; bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Buckland

-Marc Anthony Buckland, 43; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and third-offense domestic violence; arrested June 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 3; preliminary hearing: June 18; bail: $500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Amber Jewel McElroy, 45; domestic violence; arrested May 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 29; pretrial: July 7; bail: $250 cash.

-Craig Franklin Morford, 69; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested May 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 29; pretrial: July 7; bail: $250 cash.

-Morgan Montana Svidron, 33; public intoxication; arrested May 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 29; plea and sentencing: June 11; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Therese Ann Wagner, 62; malicious use of a telecommunications service; arrested June 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 2; pretrial: July 7; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Steffanie Lynn Carroll, 38; breaking and entering; arrested June 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 3; pretrial: July 7; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Daniel Richard Madden, 58; driving while license suspended and failure to maintain car insurance; arrested May 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 29; pretrial: June 30; bail: personal recognizance.

-Matthew Allen Battice, 40; operating without a license; arrested May 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 29; pleaded guilty.

-Daniel John Medema, 63; operating without a license; arrested May 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 29; pleaded guilty.

-Jeffrey Medina, 28; driving while license suspended; arrested May 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 29; pretrial: July 7; bail: personal recognizance.

-Bridget Ann Warila, 45; failure to maintain car insurance; arrested May 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 29; pretrial: July 7; bail: personal recognizance.

-Blake Edward Somsel, 19; failure to maintain car insurance; arrested May 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 29; pretrial: July 7; bail: personal recognizance.

-Robert Charles Rees, 45; disorderly person – public intoxication; arrested May 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 29; pretrial: July 7; bail: personal recognizance.
