SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central Food Service will again offer free summer meals to children at various locations in Ludington, Scottville, and Victory Township. The free meals are non-income based, open to anyone ages 18 and younger or persons up to age 26 who are enrolled in an education program for the mentally or physically disabled that is recognized by a state or local public educational agency. Some locations include both breakfast and lunch. Meals are “dine-in” only, there will not be pick-up or take-home meals this year.
Serving days are Monday through Friday beginning today, June 11 through Aug. 8, unless indicated. Meals will not be served July 3 and 4.

The following are the locations, dates, and meals provided:
Scottville
- MCC Upper Elementary, 505 W. Maple St., Scottville, through July 1: Breakfast, 8:15 to 8:45 a.m.; lunch, 11 a.m. to noon
- MCC Scottville Elementary, 201 W. Maple St., June 7 to Aug. 8: Lunch, 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Ludington
- Emanuel Lutheran Church, 501 E. Danaher St., Ludington: Lunch, 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Waterfront Park, 300 S. William St., Ludington: Lunch, 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
- Copeyon Park and splash pad, 1006 S. Washington Ave., Ludington: Lunch, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Victory Township
- West Shore Community Tech. Center, West Shore Community College, 3000 N. Stiles Rd.: Breakfast, 8:30 to 9 a.m.; lunch, noon to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Open June 16 to Aug. 14. Closed week of July 1.
