Senior center offers slideshow on Costa Rica.

SCOTTVILLE — The Scottville Area Senior Center, 140 S. Main Street,  is hosting a slide show presentation today by Collette Travel about Costa Rica. The slide show is at 2 p.m.

The travel opportunity is being offered as one of the center’s ongoing travel fundraisers and is scheduled for March 11-19, 2017.  

The travel experience includes breathtaking scenery: lush forests, stunning waterfalls, endless coastlines; a tour of a coffee plantation, a walk in the Monteverde Cloud Forest, a hanging bridges tour, The Arenal Volcano, visits to San Jose, Guanacast, Cano Negro Nature Preserve (with a riverboat tour in a panga), a Costa Rican Cuisine cooking demonstration and much, much more.
