51st Circuit Court sentences, published Sept. 17, 2026

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Gasparas

Christopher Lee Gasparas, 45, pleaded guilty July 7 for third-offense domestic violence and was sentenced Sept. 15 to 24-90 months (two to seven and a half years) in prison with credit for 201 days served and $198 in fines and costs.

Conrad

Joseph Wade Conrad, 31, pleaded guilty July 14 to third-degree fleeing a police officer, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Sept. 15 to 14 to 90 months in prison with credit for 174 days served and $334 in fines and costs. Misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended, operating without insurance, unlawful license plate and open intoxicants were dismissed.

Grove

Zane Timothy Grove, 24, pleaded guilty July 14 to failure to report as a sex offender and was sentenced Sept. 15 to 40 days in jail with credit for 40 days served; one year probation; and $458 in fines and costs.

Hamilton

Alicia Ray Hamilton, 47, pleaded guilty July 14 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Sept. 15 to 37 days in jail with credit for 37 days served; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs. In a second file, Hamilton pleaded guilty July 14 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Sept. 15 to a concurrent term of 39 days in jail with credit for 39 days served and $628 in fines and costs.

Bebee

Tex Howard Bebee, 41, pleaded guilty July 14 to delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced Sept. 15 to one year in jail with credit for 90 days served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.

Gonzalez

Arlan Blackwolf Gonzalez, 37, pleaded guilty July 16 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Sept. 15 to one year in jail; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs.

Luna

Christopher Raymond Luna, 45, pleaded guilty May 21 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Sept. 15 to 43 days in jail with credit for 43 days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession was dismissed.
