The following is Ludington Police Department activity over the weekend:

Friday, Sept. 11, 2026:

  • 6:11 p.m., a 43-year-old Ludington man was arrested on a failure to appear warrant at Waterfront Park, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
  • 8:50 p.m., a 72-year-old Rerris, Calif. man was cited for operating without a license following a traffic stop near First Street and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.

Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026:

  • 2:11 a.m., a 40-year-old Ludington man was arrested on two contempt of court warrants following a wellbeing check near Filer and James streets, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
  • 5:19 a.m., a 21-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving without insurance following a traffic stop near Ludington Avenue and Jackson Road, City of Ludington.

Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026:

  • 6:37 a.m., a 77-year-old Naples, Fla. man was for public intoxication following a call of a wellbeing check near William and Filer streets, City of Ludington. He was released to family.
  • 7:25 p.m., a 64-year-old Bitely man was arrested for illegal entry following a call in the 700 block of Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
