79th District Court felony arraignments, published Sept. 14, 2026

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently on felony charges on Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Lewandowski

Stephen Tadeusz Lewandowski, 40, two felony counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor charges of stalking—domestic relationship, malicious use of telecommunications—domestic relationship, reckless driving and driving while license suspended. Offense date: Sept. 2, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). Bail: $10,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: Sept. 23 at 1:30 p.m.

Manning

Dane Michael Manning, 32, aggravated stalking. Offense date: Feb. 1, 2026. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Bail: $250/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Sept. 23 at 1:30 p.m.

Ramirez

Alberto Daniel Ramirez, 31, two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct—force or coercion. Offense date: April 17, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $1,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Sept. 23 at 1:30 p.m.

Vida

Tonya Marie Vida, 53, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: June 6, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR). Preliminary exam: Sept. 23 at 1:30 p.m.

Woollett

Jeffery Thomas Woollett, 69, third-offense operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Aug. 4, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: Sept. 23 at 1:30 p.m.

Greve

Arthur Robert Greve, 42, uttering and publishing. Offense date: June 30, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: Sept. 16 at 1:30 p.m.
