LUDINGTON — A 36-year-old man was sentenced in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, Aug. 4, to three to 10 years in prison for felony convictions of third-offense domestic violence and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, according to court records.
Bronson Wade Jordan received credit for 133 days served in jail. Judge Susan K. Sniegowski sentenced Jordan to concurrent terms of 36 months to 10 years and two terms of 24 months to four years for the three convictions, court records show. He was prosecuted as a three-time habitual offender.
Jordan was also ordered to pay $334 in fines and costs.
A third count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a charge of interfering with electronic communications were dismissed.
