LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced Tuesday, June 9, 2026 in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Pavlick
Adrian Joseph Pavlick, 27, pleaded guilty April 14, 2026 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, malicious destruction of fire or police property and operating while intoxicated and was sentenced June 9, 2026 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $1,051 in fines and costs. A second count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a charge of open intoxicants were dismissed.
Boykins
Jaylon Dapri Boykins, 30, pleaded no contest April 14, 2026 to false pretenses $1,000-$20,000 and received a delayed sentence June 9, 2026 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; $1,470 in restitution to Branch Party Store; and $658 in fines and costs. A delayed sentence hearing is set for April 27, 2027.
McBride
Brenda Lee McBride, 53, pleaded guilty April 21, 2026 to methamphetamine possession and third-offense habitual offender and was sentenced June 9, 2026 to nine months in jail with credit for 16 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Monroe
Steven Keith Monroe, 58, pleaded no contest April 21, 2026 to methamphetamine possession, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and second-offense habitual offender and was sentenced June 9, 2026 to one year in jail with credit for three days served; two years probation; and $466 in fines and costs.
