LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Reynolds
Jacob Duane Reynolds, 36, pleaded guilty March 10 to a felony of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for two days served; five years probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Reynolds, who resides at 6014 E. Decker Rd., Fountain, registered as a sex offender on the Michigan Sex Offender Registry due to the conviction.
Quinn
John Leigh Quinn, Jr., 48, pleaded no contest Feb. 24 to three felony counts of delivery of marijuana to a minor and two misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree child abuse and was sentenced May 5 to three terms of 30 days in jail with credit for two days served; two terms of two days in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; $1,246 in restitution; and $894 in fines and costs. Four misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of children were dismissed.
Murphy
Aaron Michael Murphy, 38, pleaded guilty March 10 to a felony of breaking and entering with intent and was sentenced May 5 to nine days in jail with credit for nine days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One felony count of second-degree home invasion was dismissed.
Castonia
Lindsay Jean Castonia, 43, pleaded guilty March 10 to a felony of possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced May 5 to 96 days in jail with credit for 96 days served; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs. One high-court misdemeanor count of maintaining a drug house was dismissed.
Mills
Jonathon Douglas Mills, 34, pleaded guilty March 10 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced May 5 to four days in jail with credit for four days served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
