IMMEDIATE OPENING – Full Time: FiveCAP, Inc., a locally-based not for profit organization is seeking qualified applicants with construction knowledge and experience to assist in the management of housing programs for low-income residents of Mason, Manistee, Lake and Newaygo counties. Primary duties include: Oversight of client service, inspectors and contractors, program compliance, job tracking and reporting, data entry in statewide system; procurement, and coordination. Salary $50,000 with excellent health, vacation and retirement benefits.
