Public Bid Notice: City of Ludington 2026 Annual Contracts

The City of Ludington will be accepting bids for the following 2026 annual contracts:

• Fertilization & Weed Control
• Mowing – City Properties
• Mowing – Code Enforcement

Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 2 p.m.

Please submit bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the service contract you are bidding on and turn in to the City Clerk’s office, Municipal Building, 400 S. Harrison St. Ludington, MI 49431. Specifications for the bid project are available by email: ccaithamer@ci.ludington.mi.us or pick up a copy at the City of Ludington DPW office; 975 First St. Ludington, MI 49431. Viewings of proposed contract locations are available upon request please call the DPW office at 231-843-2873.
