Advertising for Bids: Demolition of Building

The Mason County Treasurer is seeking bids for building demolition and site clearing work located at 127 W. Broadway Ave., Scottville, MI 49454.

Bids shall be received by March 25, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at the Mason County Treasurer’s Office. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.  Sealed Bids shall be addressed to:

Ludington, MI 49431

Attn: Mr. Andrew R. Kmetz IV, Treasurer

and shall be clearly marked “BID PROPOSAL FOR: BUILDING DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARING, 127 W. BROADWAY AVE., SCOTTVILLE, MI 49454.”

The Mason County Treasurer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids nor are they obligated to accept the lowest bid or any other bid and reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all bids.

All bids must be guaranteed for a period of forty-five (45) days from Bid Due Date.
