SCOTTVILLE — The sixth annual Scottville Christmas parade will take place Friday, Dec. 5 beginning at 6 p.m. A tree lighting celebration will take place downtown following the parade.
The parade route will again go through the neighborhoods of Scottville with participants meeting at the Mason County Central Middle School on the west end of Beryl Street. The parade route will be east on Beryl Street, south on Gay Street, east on Broadway Avenue, north on Thomas Street, west on Beryl Street, south on Reinberg Avenue, east on First Street, south on Scott Street, east on Third Street, north on Main Street, ending at the intersection of Main and First streets.
Downtown events will include a tree lighting, hot cocoa, popcorn, food trucks, crafts and a visit from Santa Claus.
