Felonies
Southwick
-Tymara Kae Southwick, 34; two counts of failure to pay child support/leaving the state; date of offense: Oct. 1, 2020; charged by the Michigan State Attorney General’s office; arraigned Oct. 27; preliminary hearing: Nov. 12; bail: $5,000 cash.
Munoz
-Tanya Lucia Munoz, 41; uttering and publishing and false pretense between $200 to $1,000; date of offense: Dec. 2, 2024; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 28; preliminary hearing: Nov. 12; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Griffiths
-Anthony Adam Griffiths, 33; domestic violence and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Oct. 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 23; preliminary hearing: Nov. 12; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Cole
-Robert Allen Cole, 58; possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy; arrested May 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 28; preliminary hearing: Nov. 12; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Neve
-Shayne Michael Neve, 34; third-degree child abuse; date of offense: Dec. 21, 2021; charged by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 29; preliminary hearing: Nov. 19; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Andre Royl Howlett, 29; two counts of false pretenses between $1,000 to $20,000 and illegal sale/use of a finance transaction device; arrested Nov. 25 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 28; preliminary hearing: Nov. 12; bail: $500/10 percent.

-Ty Earl Yennior, 55; assault and battery; date of offense: May 10, 2024; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 24; pretrial: Nov. 24; bail: personal recognizance.
-James Arthur Nash, 52; two counts of trespassing; date of offense: Aug. 31; charged by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 23; pretrial: Nov. 10; bail: $250 cash.
-Rachelle Joyce Fitch, 52; domestic violence; arrested Oct. 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 23; pretrial: Nov. 24; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Sadie Kayarolynn Bentley, 34; domestic violence; arrested Oct. 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 28; pretrial: Nov. 10; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Zacharie Jay Michael McDonough, 35; illegal transportation of marijuana in a vehicle and failure to maintain car insurance; arrested Oct. 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 23; pretrial: Nov. 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Presley James Parrinello, 18; minor in possession of tobacco; charged Oct. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 23; pretrial: Nov. 18; bail: personal recognizance.
-Nicholas Lee Scott Michels, 31; transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; charged Oct. 14 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 23; pleaded guilty.
-Jayson David LaPorte, 48; operating a vehicle while using a mobile electronic device; charged Oct. 20 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 23; pretrial: Nov. 10; bail: $250 cash.
-Tabitha Cheyenne Kase, 28; passenger with an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; charged Oct. 14 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 23; pleaded guilty.
