LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Knowles

-Donald Scott Knowles, 54; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy, delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, two counts of felony firearms, and possession of ammunition by a prohibited person; arrested July 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and Sept. 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 25; preliminary hearing: Oct. 22; bail: $25,000 cash.

Collins

-Javon Jamir Collins, 27; possession of a controlled substance — narcotic/cocaine, failure to maintain car insurance (misdemeanor), improper license plates (misdemeanor), and third-offense habitual offender; date of offense: April 3, 2022; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 30; preliminary hearing: Oct. 15; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Camburn

-Cassandra Carol Camburn, 55; assault with a dangerous weapon/felonious assault and malicious destruction of personal property between $1,000 to $20,000; arrested Sept. 29 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 30; preliminary hearing: Oct. 15; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Gatica-Felipe

-Agustino Gatica-Felipe, 48; third-offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor and operating without a license; arrested Sept. 22 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 25; preliminary hearing: Oct. 29; bail: $1,000 cash.

Dellecese

-Danielle Lynne Dellecese, 41; carrying a concealed weapon; arrested Sept. 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 19; preliminary hearing: Oct. 8; bail: $250/10 percent.

Hathaway

-Jeron Jaymes Hathaway, 18; carrying a concealed weapon; arrested Sept. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 28; preliminary hearing: Oct. 15; bail: $500/10 percent.

 

Misdemeanors

-Rolando Garcia, 53; assault and battery; arrested Sept. 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 19; pretrial: Oct. 6; bail: $500/10 percent.

-Stephanie Rae Griffin, 51; failure to maintain car insurance; charged Dec. 29, 2024, by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 29; pretrial: Oct. 20; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Mark Rodney Sampson, 63; operating while intoxicated; arrested Aug. 31 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 25; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Elaine Cater, no age listed; local health department regulation violation; charged Aug. 18; arraigned Sept. 25; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: personal recognizance.

-Scott Douglas Budzynski, 46; animal cruelty or abandonment; charged Aug. 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 15; pretrial: Oct. 20; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Michael Thomas Cole, 20; domestic violence; arrested Sept. 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 26; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Mykel Dalton Horsley, 35; malicious use of a telecommunication service – domestic relations; arrested Aug. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 26; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Brennan Douglas Hansen, 35; operating while intoxicated and transporting an open intoxicant; arrested Sept. 16 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 25; pretrial: Oct. 20; bail: $250 cash.

-Presley James Parrinello, 18; receiving and concealing stolen property between $200 to $1,000; arrested Sept. 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 29; pretrial: Oct. 1; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Samuel Allen Martzolff, 39; stray dog running loose and unlicensed dog; charged Aug. 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 25; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: personal recognizance.

-Austin Josiah Ohlendorf, 32; operating a vehicle without a driver’s license on person; charged Aug. 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 25; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: personal recognizance.

-Donald Jacob Beck, 37; driving while license suspended; charged Sept. 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 25; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: personal recognizance.
