LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Tate

-Trayce Robert Tate, 21; second-offense fleeing and eluding police, third-offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor, and malicious destruction of trees/shrubs/crops between $200 to $1000; arrested Aug. 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 29; preliminary hearing: Sept. 17; bail: $50,000 cash.

-Austin Grant Mareches, 31; third-offense domestic violence; arrested Aug. 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 28; preliminary hearing: Sept. 17; bail: $10,000 cash.

Bryant

-Jarrell Christopher Justin Bryant, 39; interfering with an electronic communications device, third-offense domestic violence and domestic violence; arrested Aug. 22 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 29; preliminary hearing: Sept. 17; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Parrinello

-Presley James Parrinello, 18; larceny of firearms; arrested Sept. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 2; preliminary hearing: Sept. 17; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Krieger

-Austin Robert Krieger, 24; third-offense domestic violence; arrested Sept. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 3; preliminary hearing: Sept. 24; bail: $2,500/10 percent.t

Brown

-Kayla Brown, 33; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Aug. 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 28; preliminary hearing: Sept. 17; bail: none listed.

Wise

-William Leon Wise, 40; larceny between $1,000 to $20,000; arrested July 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 27; preliminary hearing: Sept. 10; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Scott

-Jeremiah James Scott, 39; domestic violence and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Aug. 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 21; preliminary hearing: Sept. 10; bail: $250 cash.

Wetherell

-William Jay Wetherell, 54; aggravated stalking; arrested Aug. 1 Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 21; preliminary hearing: Sept. 10; bail: $250 cash.

White

-Aaron Robert White, 26; two counts of child abusive commercial activity, using a computer to commit a crime, and accosting children for immoral purposes; arrested May 12 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 22; preliminary hearing: Sept. 10; bail: $10,000.

Palmer

-Semaj Jmhadd-Mikhael-Issa Palmer, 20; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and failure to maintain car insurance; arrested Aug. 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 25; preliminary hearing: Sept. 10; bail: none listed.

-Cody Beau Filkins, 27; obstructing police by disguise and driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 27; pleaded guilty.

-Hunter Ray Dewitt, 23; driving while license suspended; date of offense: Feb. 23; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 21; pleaded guilty.

-Matthew John Rosenogle, 26; no proof of insurance and operating without a license; charged July 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 21; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: personal recognizance.

-Shaun William Carpenter, 44; operating an unregistered vehicle, operating without license, and failure to maintain car insurance; charged July 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 21; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: personal recognizance.

-Bryan Almaraz, 29; failure to maintain insurance and transporting an open intoxicant in a vehicle; arrested Aug. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 21; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: personal recognizance.

-Rachel Marie McLain, 44; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 21; pretrial: Oct. 6; bail: personal recognizance.

-Roger Lyle Beadle, 44; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Aug. 29 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 29; pretrial: Sept. 29; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Jonathon Douglas Mills, 33; domestic violence; arrested Sept. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 2; pretrial: Sept. 15; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
