To: Birthparents of a male infant born on June 8, 2025, and surrendered pursuant to MCL 712.1 on June 9, 2025, to Corewell Health Ludington Hospital in Ludington, Michigan.
TAKE NOTICE: A court hearing to accept the release/surrender of the child and to terminate parental rights has been scheduled for Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 2 PM before the Honorable Deborah L. McNabb, Judge with the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Grand Rapids, MI. The hearing will be held VIRTUALLY in courtroom 6A at 180 Ottawa Avenue NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. The birthparents may contact the court contact below to obtain the Zoom link. You will NOT receive personal notice of this hearing. Your failure to appear at the hearing will constitute a denial of interest in custody of the minor, a waiver of notice of all subsequent hearings, and YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS WILL BE TERMINATED.
