LUDINGTON — A man with an extensive history of domestic violence was sentenced in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court, Aug. 4, to 57 months (4.75 years) to 10 years in prison for three counts of third-offense domestic violence, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon and third-offense habitual offender, according to court records.
Shriver
Kody Michael Shriver was sentenced in two separate criminal files stemming from offenses that occurred April 1, 2025 and June 9, 2025. Shriver was ordered to serve concurrent terms of 57 months to 10 years and 43 months to eight years with credit for 105 days served in jail in the first file and a concurrent term of 57 months to 10 years with credit for 107 days served in jail in the second file, court records show. One count of felony firearm was dismissed.
Shriver was sentenced to serve 224 days in jail with credit for 224 days served of a one-year discretionary term in 2020 for convictions of aggravated stalking, assault by strangulation and domestic violence. He pleaded no contest to the charges, Nov. 10, 2019.
