LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently on felony charges in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Fenner

Josiah Robert Fenner, 21, first-degree home invasion and a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Offense date: July 3, 2026. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Bail: $10,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: July 29 at 1:30 p.m.

Helfrich

Nicholas Gene Helfrich, 36, third-offense operating while intoxicated and misdemeanors of open intoxicants and violating driver’s license restrictions. Offense date: July 10, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). Bail: $1,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: July 29 at 1:30 p.m.

Martin

Tyler Thomas Martin, 31, larceny $1,000-$20,000. Offense date: July 4, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $10,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: July 22 at 1:30 p.m.

Hayes

David Larry Hayes, 48, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Offense date: July 4, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $10,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: July 22 at 1:30 p.m.

Bell

Curtis Jason Bell, 25, first-degree home invasion and a misdemeanor of aggravated assault. Offense date: July 5, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $1,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Aug. 12 at 1:30 p.m.

Linstrom

Kaine Alexander Linstrom, 31, sale/possession of a taser and a misdemeanor of second-offense domestic violence. Offense date: May 16, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Aug. 12 at 1:30 p.m.

Shepard

Keif Rahkeen Shepard, 19, carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent. Offense date: July 2, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance. Preliminary exam: Aug. 12 at 1:30 p.m.

Shriver

Kody Michael Shriver, 34, three counts of failure to pay child support/leaving the state. Offense date: Jan. 1, 2021. Agency: Michigan Department of Attorney General. Bail: $9,000/cash. Probable cause conference: Aug. 12 at 1:30 p.m.
