LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced Tuesday, June 30, 2026 in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Gatica-Felipe
Agustino Gatica-Felipe, 48, pleaded guilty April 7 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and operating without a license and was sentenced June 30 to 30 days in jail with credit for one day served; three years probation; and $1,083 in fines and costs.
Neve
Shayne Michael Neve, 30, pleaded no contest May 5 to third-degree child abuse and was sentenced June 30 to 21 days in jail with credit for 21 days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
Teran
Mara Lee Teran, 48, was found guilty by bench verdict of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced June 30 to 38 days in jail with credit for 38 days served; one year probation; $3,000 in restitution; and $458 in fines and costs.
Camburn
Cassandra Carol Camburn, 55, pleaded no contest May 6 to assault with a dangerous weapon and received a delayed sentence June 30 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of malicious destruction of property was dismissed.
Criss
Kevin Scott Criss, 56, pleaded guilty May 21 to third-degree child abuse and third-degree child abuse committed in the presence of another child and was sentenced June 30 to nine months in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; and $666 in fines and costs.
