AMBER TOWNSHIP — A traffic stop in the Home Depot parking lot on US 10 led to a pair of methamphetamine possession arrests Tuesday, June 23, at 12:25 p.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
The driver, a 41-year-old Holton man, was also arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant issued in Grand Rapids. He and the passenger, a 45-year-old Holton woman, were lodged in the Mason County Jail.

- 1:33 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Jackson Road, Pere Marquette Township.
- 3:27 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Amber Road, Amber Township.
Tuesday, June 23, 2026:
- 7:35 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Jagger Road east of Rath Avenue, Hamlin Township.
