LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-David Alexander Williams, 42, pleaded guilty Oct. 9 to a reduced charge of operating while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence), $765 in fines/costs, must complete alcohol highway safety program, no drugs/alcohol, subject to random PBTs, and must attend victim’s impact panel. The original charge of operating a commercial vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .04 or above was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Julius Crow Wilson, 19, pleaded guilty on Oct. 9 to being a minor operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .02 to .07 and was sentenced to two days in jail, $425 in fines/costs, must seek outpatient treatment, and must attend victim’s impact panel. The original charge of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
-Kenneth Charles O’Brien, 54, pleaded guilty on Oct. 2 to larceny between $200 to $1,000 and was sentenced to 365 days in jail (suspended sentence) and $480 in fines/costs. An additional charge of larceny and receiving and concealing stolen property were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Dakota Allen Hernandez, 20, pleaded guilty on Oct. 2 to third degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended sentence), 12 months of probation, and $575 in fines/costs.
-Cody Robert Patterson, 25, pleaded guilty on Oct. 2 to assault and battery and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence) and $300 in fines/costs. Charges of domestic violence and disorderly drunk person were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Kellee Elise White, 47, pleaded guilty on Oct. 9 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence), $690 in fines/costs, must complete alcohol highway safety education, no drugs/alcohol, subject to random PBTs, and must attend victim’s impact panel.
-Dillon Eli Buckley, 35, pleaded guilty on Oct. 9 to a reduced charge of operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence), $845 in fines/costs, must seek outpatient treatment, no drugs/alcohol, subject to random PBTs, must attend alcohol highway safety education, and must attend victim’s impact panel. The original charge of operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .17 or above was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
