LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Collins

-Harold Ray Collins, 43; failing to pay child support/leaving the state; arraigned: May 14; preliminary hearing: May 22; bail: $4,500 cash.

Roberts

-Michael Edward Roberts, 36; assault by strangulation; arrested May 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 12; preliminary hearing: May 29; bail: $500/10 percent. See related story.

Hall

-Dwight Robert Hall, 38; third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor; arrested May 12 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 13; preliminary hearing: May 29; bail: $750/10 percent.

 

 

 

Misdemeanors

-Veronica Cordova-Hernandez, 36; truancy; arrested Sept. 19, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 9; pretrial: May 20; bail: $250 cash.

-Max Christopher Nist, 26; public intoxication; arrested March 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 9; pretrial: May 13; bail: personal recognizance.

-Melissa Marie Inman, 39; third degree retail fraud; arrested April 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 9; pretrial: June 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Paula Totten, 48; stray dog and unlicensed dog; arrested Feb. 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 13; pretrial: June 10; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Mark Edward Dekle, 36; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 31 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 9; pretrial: May 20; bail: $250 cash.

-Alexandria Marie Keller, 31; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested April 2 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 9; pretrial: May 20; bail: personal recognizance.

-Jamie Lashawn Beekman, 46; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested April 20 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 9; pretrial: June 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-William Francis Castonia, III, 70; illegal burn (no burn permit); arrested April 16 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 9; pretrial: May 20; bail: personal recognizance.

-Derek Keith Latimer, Jr., 38; driving while license suspended; arrested April 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 9; pretrial: June 10; bail: personal recognizance.
