The following is recent police activity in Mason County:

Tuesday, April 16, 2024:

• 11:59 p.,m., (Ludington Police Department), a 51-year-old Ludington man was arrested for trespassing and a bond violation following an incident in the 600 block West Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

Wednesday, April 17, 2024:

• 8:34 a.m., (LPD), a 24-year-old Ludington man was arrested on two failure to appear warrants, 400 block of South James Street, City of Ludington. The first warrant was issued by Oceana County’s 79th District Court, and the second warrant was issued by Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• 10:24 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 67-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for assault issued by LPD, 4800 block of North Lakeshore Drive, City of Ludington.
• 11:05 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury Sugar Grove Road east of Gordon Road, Victory Township.
