LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Miller
-Donald Thomas Miller, 35; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Nov. 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 13; probable cause hearing: Dec. 20; bail: not listed.
Kaylynn Battice
-Kaylynn Marie Battice, 27; three counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Dec. 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 13; probable cause hearing: Jan. 3; bail: not listed.
Jaxon Battice
-Jaxon Anthony Battice, 19; two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and breaking and entering without owner’s permission; arrested Dec. 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 13; probable cause hearing: Jan. 3; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Sidney Gray Race, 58; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Dec. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 7; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: $250 cash.
-Jason Philip Brock, 48; public intoxication; arrested Dec. 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 7; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: $250 cash.
-Richard Massey Thomas, 37; public intoxication; arrested Dec. 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 8; pleaded guilty.
-Jared Michael Chrysler, 33; disorderly drunk person; arrested Dec. 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 12; pretrial: Jan. 10; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-James Louie Porter, 76; baiting deer in restricted county; arrested Nov. 15 by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Dec. 7; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: personal recognizance.
-Michael Floyd Smith, 59; baiting deer in restricted county; arrested Nov. 15 by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Dec. 7; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: personal recognizance.
