Community Foundation will accept grant applications beginning Jan. 1

LUDINGTON — The Community Foundation for Mason County’s 2024 spring competitive grant application will open January 1, 2024.  The Foundation awards grants to 501(c)(3) organizations, churches, schools, agencies, and governmental units serving the greater Mason County area.

Based on strategic planing, that involved Foundation trustees, fundholders, donors, youth advisory council, and community leaders grant requests focused on the strategic grantmaking priorities will receive the greatest consideration.

A Grant Seekers Workshop will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. at Lakeshore Resource Network, 920 E. Tinkham Ave. The workshop will cover strategic grantmaking priorities and tips and tricks for a strong application with a special focus on constructing the applicant’s project budget. Register here.
