LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Grassman

-Morgan Renee Grassman, 25; tampering with an electronic monitoring device; arrested Feb. 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 1; probable cause hearing: Aug. 9; bail: $10,000 cash.

Cooper

-Sebastian Aaron Cooper, 18; second-degree home invasion; arrested June 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 20; probable cause hearing: TBD; bail: personal recognizance.

Stahelin

-Donna Rae Stahelin, 67; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams, and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested April 23 by SSCENT; arraigned July 25; probable cause hearing: TBD; bail: $500 cash.

Phillips

-Shane William Phillips, 18; assault with a dangerous weapon and unlawful driving away a motor vehicle; arrested July 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 21; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Grubius

-Isabel Inez Grubius, 18; assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery; arrested July 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 20; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $250/10 percent.

MacArthur

-Scott Samuel Ray MacArthur, 28; carrying a concealed weapon and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested July 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 20; preliminary hearing: Aug. 9; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Vance

-Jimmie Erwin Vance, Jr., 34; third offense domestic violence and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested July 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 21; preliminary hearing: Aug. 9; bail: $10,000 cash.

Blowers

-Anthony Stuart Blowers, 36; carrying a concealed weapon, second offense driving while license suspended, possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested July 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 21; next court date and bail not listed.

Totten

-Donnie Ray Totten, III, 28; carrying a concealed weapon and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested July 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 1; probable cause hearing: Aug. 9; bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Johnson

-Robert Wayne Johnson, 54; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested July 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 1; probable cause hearing: Aug. 9; bail: $250/10 percent.

Blank

-Arlen Michael Blank, 55; third offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor; arrested July 31 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 1; probable cause hearing: Aug. 9; bail: $750/10 percent.

Lefevre

-Laura Ann Lefevre, 22; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Aug. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 2; probable cause hearing: Aug. 9; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

 

Misdemeanors

-Robert Darrell Hill, 43; driving while license suspended; arrested March 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 10; pleaded guilty.
