Registration open for WillStrong Soccer Tournament

LUDINGTON — Registration is underway for the third annual WillStrong Soccer Tournament scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 5 at the Bryant Road soccer fields. The soccer tournament is held in memorial of Will Flewelling, who died of cancer in 2021 at the age of 20. Flewelling actually planned the first tournament to raise funds for the Childhood Cancer Campaign and the WillStrong Foundation. 

“Each year teams come out to the tournament with a common goal, to raise money for families who need it,” said event organizer Kyle Gurdzynski, Flewelling’s cousin. “This year we hope to do more of the same, while having some fun playing a sport Will loved, soccer.”
