VIDEO: Cherry harvest 2023 at VanNortwick Farms

RIVERTON TOWNSHIP — The members of the VanNortwick family have been busy harvesting their 120 acres of tart cherry this week. Tom and Janice VanNortwick have been farming on the land since 1967. They raised four children in their small Anthony Road house and today each of those children, as adults, still help out during harvest season.
The family farms on land that was started four generations ago, by Janice’s grandparents.
