The following is police activity in Mason County Wednesday, July 12, 2023:

• 6:03 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway south of Pere Marquette Highway, Summit Township.
• 9:35 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of Reek Road, Custer Township.
• 10:38 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 13-year-old Ludington girl was cited for marijuana possession and tobacco violation, 600 block of South Emily Street, City of Ludington​.
• 5 p.m., (MCSO), hit-and-run crash, no injury, US 10 west of Brye Road, Amber Township.
• 5:16 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
• 8:48 p.m., (LPD), a 22-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Manistee County’s 85th District Court for failure to appear for a show cause hearing, ​900 block N. Washington Avenue​, City of Ludington. She was lodged in Mason County Jail.
