LUDINGTON — The Mason County Sheriff’s Office has reported that the M/V Manitowoc freighter is scheduled to be in Ludington harbor on Tuesday, July 4, delivering to Rieth-Riley. The freighter is expected to be depart prior to the closing of the harbor, due to the Ludington Area Jaycees Freedom Festival fireworks display. If the freighter does not depart as scheduled, however, marine patrol will have to clear a path.
