PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  West Shore Educational Service District (Owner) requests bids from interested contractors for the furnishing of all materials, excluding Owner purchased equipment, and labor as required for the development of a new

playground at 2130 W. US 10 in Ludington, MI.

A MANDATORY Pre-bid Conference will be held on July 12, 2023, at 10:00 AM EST at West Shore ESD located at 2130 W. US 10 in Ludington, MI. Bidders to meet at main office Board Meeting Room.

BID ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION:  The West Shore ESD reserves the right not to consider any submission that it determines to be unresponsive and deficient in any of the information requested and to accept or reject any or all bids.
