The following is police activity in Mason County over the weekend:

Friday, June 2, 2023:

• 7:07 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 43-year-old Mason County man was arrested on two outstanding Manistee County warrants, 3400 block of North US 31, Victory Township. One warrant was for a felony of methamphetamine possession, and the other was a criminal bench warrant for failure to appear. 
• 12:03 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of Oceana Drive, Summit Township.
• 2:39 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 33-year-old Scottville woman was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS), US 31 and Decker Road, Amber Township.
• 4:11 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.

Saturday, June 3, 2023:

• 11:29 a.m., (MCSO), warrant arrest, US 10 and Tyndall Road, Branch Township.
• 3:55 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Brye Road, north of US 10, Amber Township.
• 6:54 p.m., (MCSO), a 47-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on two outstanding warrants, US 10 and Taylor Road, Branch Township. One warrant was for probation violation, and the second warrant was for failure to appear on a charge of retail fraud — both issued in Mason County.
• 9 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of Oceana Drive, Summit Township.
• 9:41 p.m., (MCSO), larceny of a wallet and cash, 100 block of West Broadway Street, City of Scottville. 
• 10:29 p.m., (MCSO), damaged property, a window was broken, Quade Road, Grant Township.
• 11:19 p.m., (MCSO), a warrant for domestic violence is being requested for a 37-year-old Kalava man following a 911 call reporting an assault, 1200 block of East Wilson Road, Custer Township. The suspect fled on foot before deputies arrived.

Sunday, June 4, 2023:

• 12:25 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Pere Marquette Highway south of US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
• 2:32 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 south of Freeman Road, Free Soil Township.
• 1:32 p.m.,(MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive and Sunset Lane, Summit Township.
