Public Notice: City of Scottville Commission Vacancy 

The City of Scottville is currently accepting letters of interest for the purpose of filling a “Commissioner At-Large” vacancy. This seat is a partial term, set to expire November 2026.The successful applicant must be a resident of the City of Scottville for at least one year immediately preceding their appointment to office. The successful applicant must also be a qualified and registered voter of the City of Scottville prior to their appointment and throughout their tenure in office. Interested persons must submit a Letter of Interest to Jimmy Newkirk, City Manager, at Scottville City Hall, 105 North Main Street, Scottville, MI 49454. Letters of Interest will be received until Thursday June 8, 2023, at 5pm. The appointment will be made at the Regular Commission meeting held Monday June 12, 2023.
