79th District Court arraignments, posted May 6, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Gale
-Travis Michael Gale, 30; two counts of breaking and entering, larceny in a building, and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested April 29 by Michigan State Police, arraigned May 3; probable cause hearing: May 17; bail: $50,000 cash.
Eichler
-Lance Craig Eichler, 48; aggravated stalking, using a computer to commit a crime and second offense habitual offender; arrested April 14 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 28; probable cause hearing: May 3; bail: $10,000 cash.
Bowman
-Brenna Leigh Bowman, 40; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams; arrested Jan. 19 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 1; probable cause hearing: May 10; bail: $10,000 cash.
Kim VanGills
-Kim Gregory VanGills, 68; larceny by conversion $20,000 or more and larceny $20,000 or more; arrested Feb. 14, 2020 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 27; probable cause hearing: May 31; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Susan VanGills
-Susan Jean VanGills, 65; larceny by conversion $20,000 or more and larceny $20,000 or more; arrested Feb. 14, 2020 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 27; probable cause hearing: May 31; bail: not listed.
Gauthier
-Robert Michael Gauthier, 29; two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and domestic violence; arrested Nov. 11, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 30; probable cause hearing: May 10; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Tweedale
-Stephanie Lydia Ann Tweedale, 29; first-degree retail fraud, second-offense driving while license suspended and second offense habitual offender; arrested May 2 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 3; probable cause hearing: May 17; bail: $350/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Laura Elizabeth Hall, 53; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Feb. 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 27; pretrial: May 8; bail: $250 cash.
-Jason Joel Farmer, 34; disorderly drunk person; arrested April 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 27; pretrial: May 8; bail: $100 cash.
-Tyler David Wicklund, 40; domestic violence; arrested April 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 28; pretrial: May 3; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Joshua Aaron Shaw, 22; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested April 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 27; pretrial: May 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-Craig Dean Tyler, 39; Driving while license suspended; arrested April 18 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 27; pretrial: May 22; bail: personal recognizance.
