VIDEO: MCC Bond Chat: Students Don’t Feel Safe at School

SCOTTVILLE — Six Mason County Central High School students gathered last week in the 65-year-old A.O. Carlson gymnasium to discuss safety, security and relevance at their school. The students included Clara Baur, Helena Snell, Emma Jancek, Alexis Dilley, Alyssa Raspotik and Joe Ostby. Each student discussed why they do not feel safe in school and their hope that the voters of the Mason County Central School District pass the 1.6 mill bond on Tuesday, May 2. The students also discussed facility needs at the school.
