LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Drake
-Bradley Curtis Drake, 26; first degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under age 13); arrested Jan. 1, 2021 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 21; probable cause hearing: May 3; bail: none listed.
Perrone
-Jason Micheal Perrone, 40; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine) less than 25 grams; arrested Feb. 8, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 24; probable cause hearing: May 3; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
-Chad Randall Hetherington, 49; third-offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor; arrested April 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 20; probable cause hearing: May 3; bail: $750/10 percent.
Southern
-Dustin Ried Southern, 36; failure to pay child support/leaving the state and third offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 1, 2021 by probation officer; arraigned April 26; probable cause hearing: May 3; bail: $2,327 cash.
Misdemeanors
-Carly France Rowe-Sidock, 29; two counts of truancy; arrested Sept. 12, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned April 20; pretrial: May 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-David Alan Stinson, 44; operating with a forged/altered license and operating without a license on person; arrested April 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 20; pretrial: May 8; bail: $500 cash.
-Brandi Sue Keena, 52; five counts of retail fraud; arrested March 28 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 20; pretrial: May 8; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Adam Charles Schade, 28; domestic violence; arrested April 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 20; pretrial: May 8; bail: $250 cash.
-Crystal Ann Underwood, 18; domestic violence; arrested April 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 20; pretrial: May 8; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Maritza Lopez, 44; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Feb. 16 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 20; pretrial: May 8; bail: $250 cash.
-Anthony Lovely Hill, 44; driving while licensed suspended; arrested March 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 20; pretrial: May 8; bail: $250 cash.
-Randy George Kline, 51; driving while license suspended; arrested April 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 20; pretrial: May 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-Vincent Vera Kraus, 61; driving while license suspended; arrested April 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 20; pretrial: May 8; bail: personal recognizance.
