LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Chick
-Michael Thomas Chick, 42; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine); arrested March 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 12; probable cause hearing: April 26; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Castro-Delgado
-Mara Lynn Castro-Delgado, 28; assault/resisting/obstructing police, retail fraud and third offense habitual offender; arrested April 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 12; probable cause hearing: April 26; bail: $2,500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Natalie Monique Rodriguez, 18; two counts of third degree retail fraud; arrested Feb. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 6; pretrial: April 24; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Rodney Elwyn Smith, 73; assault and battery; arrested March 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 12; pretrial: April 24; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Lindsey Paige Klastow, 39; seven counts of third degree retail fraud; arrested March 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 6; pretrial: April 24; bail: $500 cash.
-Kim Bell, 61; domestic violence; arrested March 31 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 6; pretrial: April 24; bail: $100 cash.
-Eddie Keith Rogers, 66; third degree retail fraud; arrested April 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 6; pretrial: May 8; bail: $1,000/10 percent.
-Thomas James Mayer, 35; two counts of domestic violence; arrested April 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 7; pretrial: April 26; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Terrell Leon Williams, 45; trespassing; arrested April 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 11; pretrial: April 24; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Dawson Logan Martinez, 18; domestic violence; arrested April 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 12; pretrial: April 24; bail: $500/10 percent.
-Anthony Lee Knight, 29; reckless driving; arrested March 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 6; pretrial: April 24; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
