MCC to host bond election community forum Wednesday

SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central Schools will host a community forum on Wednesday, April 5 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the high school library. The topic of the forum will be the upcoming May 2 bond election. The district is asking voters to approve a 1.6 mills tax increase, which will generate $31.54 million to pay for facility and infrastructure repairs and construction. The last bond approved by voters took place in 2006. 

The community forum is an opportunity for voters to ask questions about the bond.
