Notice of Public Hearing: City of Scottville Zoning Board of Appeals

The City of Scottville’s Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing as part of a regular City Commission meeting agenda on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 105 N. Main St. Scottville, MI 49454

The purpose of the hearing is to hear citizens’ comments on a request for variance from Section 153.037 (A) (B) of the City of Scottville Zoning Ordinance to allow for a 15’ setback instead of 25’setback required because of the lot being located on a corner.
