LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Drake

-Bradley Curtis Drake, 26; first-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, child abusive commercial activity, unlawful imprisonment, possession of child sexually abusive material, domestic violence, and interfering with electronic communications; arrested Nov. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 22; probable cause hearing: March 8; bail: $100,000 cash. Wakelin

-Devon Joseph Edwin Wakelin, 25; interfering with an electronic communications device, domestic violence, and third-offense habitual offender; arrested Dec. 9 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 16; probable cause hearing: March 1; bond: $10,000 cash.

Strzynski

-Jerid Wayne Strzynski, 40; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), failure to maintain security (no car insurance) and third-offense habitual offender; arrested Jan. 27; arraigned Feb. 19; probable cause hearing: March 1; bond: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Russell

-Adam Troy Russell, 49; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Nov. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 22: probable cause hearing: March 8; bond: $500/10 percent.

 

 

Misdemeanors

-Justin Ray Harper, 39; aggravated assault; arrested July 2, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 21; pretrial: March 13; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Ashley Marie Eggli, 29; larceny less than $200; arrested Oct. 14, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 17; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: $250 cash.

-Xzavier Allen Thompson, 18; receiving and concealing stolen property between $200-$1,000; arrested Nov. 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 16; pretrial: March 13; bail: $250 cash.

-Eugene Junior Seymore, 37; four counts of truancy; arrested Sept. 23, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 16; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: $250 cash.

-Nicole Marie Johnson, 40; truancy; arrested Sept. 22, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 16; pretrial: March 13; bail: personal recognizance.

-Tina Marie Munoz, 44; truancy; arrested Nov. 23, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 16; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: personal recognizance.

-Michael Thomas Chick, 42; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Jan. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 16; pretrial: March 13; bail: personal recognizance.

-Dale Skyler Simerson, 44; five counts of third-degree retail fraud; arrested Nov. 15, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 16; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Kyla Raquel Navarro, 22; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Feb. 12 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 16; pretrial: March 13; bail: $500 cash.

-Adam Bradley Kaminski, 43; driving while license suspended; arrested Jan. 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 16; pretrial: March 13; bail: personal recognizance.
