– Wesley Howard Evans, 51. Arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office. Offense date, Oct. 31, 2021. Count 1, controlled substance possession, methamphetamine/ecstacy; count 2, driving while license suspended, revoked, or denied. Bond, $5,000. Preliminary examination, Feb. 1, 2023, 1:30 p.m. 

Gross

– Danielle Renee Gross, 26. Arrested by Michigan State Police – Hart Post. Offense date, Nov 19, 2022. Count 1, conspiracy; counts 2 and 3, breaking and entering a building with intent; count 4, unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle. Bond, $5,000. Preliminary examination, Feb. 1, 2023, 1:30 p.m.

– Tia Lyn Verboam-Odekirk, 34. Arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office. Offense date, June 19, 2022. Count 1, controlled substance possession, methamphetamine/ecstacy; count 2, controlled substance possession of analogues. Bond, $5,000. Preliminary examination, Feb. 1, 2023, 1:30 p.m.

– Brandon Raymond Kelley, 22. Arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office. Offense date, Dec. 28, 2022. Count 1, domestic violence. Bond, $0. Pre-trial, Jan. 30, 2023, 10:30 a.m. 

– Tracy John Straub, 35. Arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office. Offense date, March 30, 2022. Count 1, failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); count 2, driving while license suspended, revoked or denied, first offense. Bond, personal recognizance. Pre-trial, Jan. 30, 2023, 2 p.m.
